Names and traveller details
The traveller is responsible for checking that names and other required details match the relevant travel documents before ticketing. Corrections may be restricted or chargeable under airline and supplier rules.
Payments and confirmation
The final proposal or invoice should identify currency, payment schedule, included services, and the point at which each service becomes confirmed or non-refundable. Do not send payment to an account that has not been verified through an official contact.
Changes, cancellation, and refunds
