Before you confirm

The important conditions should be visible.

These website principles explain how we present proposals and bookings. Your dated quote, invoice, airline fare rules, and supplier terms contain the conditions that apply to a specific booking.

Quotes and availability

A website itinerary is not a confirmed reservation. Flight seats, fares, rooms, vehicles, guides, and activities remain subject to live availability until the required confirmation and payment steps are complete.

Names and traveller details

The traveller is responsible for checking that names and other required details match the relevant travel documents before ticketing. Corrections may be restricted or chargeable under airline and supplier rules.

Payments and confirmation

The final proposal or invoice should identify currency, payment schedule, included services, and the point at which each service becomes confirmed or non-refundable. Do not send payment to an account that has not been verified through an official contact.

Changes, cancellation, and refunds

Eligibility and cost depend on the relevant airline fare rule, hotel, transport, activity, or package condition. Any refund is subject to supplier approval, deductions, processing, and the time required by the responsible provider.

Operational changes

Weather, safety, health, flight, road, trail, regulatory, or supplier conditions may require a route or schedule change. Additional costs and available alternatives are addressed under the terms of the confirmed service and applicable insurance.

Travel documents and authority decisions

Travellers remain responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, health requirements, and entry or transit eligibility. Documentation assistance is guidance only; decisions belong to the relevant authority.
